Water knows no obstacle that can stop it; it always finds a way to flow naturally with the current.
For our body, water is a gift of life and purification, just as it has remembered since time immemorial the sound of flowing water and the murmur of the sea. It can immediately tune into this frequency and absorb the healing power of the sounds, which wash away everything that overwhelms the body and purify it. It merges into oneness. So let us allow ourselves to be engulfed by water and carried along in the flow.
